EDIT: This challenge is paper piecing. Our definition of paper piecing is stamping or printing your image a second time onto PATTERNED paper then cutting out the bits you want of the image (clothes, etc) and adhering them over your (colored) image printed on regular card stock. Please see the design team's creations for examples. Thanks and have fun!
There is an old saying about March: "in like a lion, out like a lamb". Here in the northeast US we welcomed it with snow so I'm hoping some Spring like weather isn't far behind. For us here at The Corrosive Challenge a new month means a new sponsor and new challenges! Before I share those with you, I want to thank everyone who played along with our February challenges! We just had a wonderful turn out for our "Another Dimension" theme!
I'm pleased to announce our February winner: Jovan of Cards by Jovan! Her fabulous entry for our "Love Bites" challenge was randomly selected for the month! This means that she not only wins the $10 gift certificate prize from sponsor Tiddly Inks, she has the opportunity to be our guest designer for April!
As for our new challenge, well, we want you to "Give Piece a Chance". My misspelling is intentional as we're looking for paper piecing on your projects. But wait, we have a fun little **extra** bonus challenge for you too! Since St. Patrick's Day is coming up we'd love to see lots of green as a predominant color on your creations as well! Anyone who does this will receive an extra entry in the draw! Who doesn't want more chances to win, right?

And now on to our March sponsor - Sassy Studio Designs!!!
Here's a little about the fabulous digi company in owner/artist Lindsay Dyer's own words:
"Sassy Studio Designs is a fresh new company. We have been designing and selling for 2 years now, and we have been kindly received into the community of digi stampers and crafters. I started designing images shortly after I started stamping. I was a young adult woman at the time. I was engaged, had no kids - I wanted fun, sexy images that I would enjoy using and my friends and (then soon to be) hubby would enjoy receiving. I designed images for 2 other digi stamp companies when my DH kept trying to get me to go out on my own. So in June 2009 thanks to the few faithful followers I had, Sassy Studio Designs was born! It has been a wonderful journey starting my own store. We have just grown so much these past months.I still try to keep Lindsay Dyer: keep with my original philosophy and reason for designing stamps, make them fun, and keep them sassy...and yes sometimes even sexy! ~Lindsay"
