Challenge # 186 - Tic-Tac-Toe

Brrrrr.  Hope everyone is warm and toasty this Sunday morning.  It has started to get pretty chilly around New England, the mornings are frosty and there's a definite chill in the air during the day.  You'd think one would be used to it, but the cold weather still always seems to sneak up on you.  At least we still have Halloween to look forward to!  We also have a fabulous new sponsor for you all.  We are so thrilled to be sponsored by The Paper Shelter for the first time!  They have some seriously adorable, fun, sweet images that have clean lines, excellent print quality, and you even get a colored version with your order!
