My name is Leigh Snaith-Brunton also known as The Sharpie Domino Queen & yes, that is a TARDIS in my bio photo ;0)
I'm a scifi, fantasy & supernatural fan that to read, watch movies, TV & listen to music when I'm not creating Art!
I'm a trained Fine Artist in painting, drawing, ceramics, printmaking & photography & a certified Gare Ceramics instructor. I'm also a Graphic Designer, Digital Artist, Jewelry Designer, Rubber Stamper, Altered & Mixed Media Artist! I recently began doll customizating too & have a large collection of ball jointed dolls plus an impressive collection of the original Monster High doll line too.
I was born in England but raised in South Africa & prior to launching my stamp line as LeighSBDesigns I was originally known as Velvet Paw Ceramics, a name which reflected my deep love for cats & I specialized in painting realistic & fantasy ceramic cats & other animals. I sold my ceramics in stores, at cat shows & fairs. Velvet Paw Creations was formed when I started rubber stamping in 1995 & I taught ceramic & rubber stamping classes in South Africa until 1998 & now I create out of my studio in Southern California.
